Session Rescheduling Policies:
You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and should inform the mentor about it along with the reason and schedule a new session.
Requests to reschedule a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
A maximum of 2 rescheduling requests per month is allowed for mentees. The mentor reserves the right to cancel a package if a client exceeds the maximum number of allowed rescheduling requests or if there is a pattern of excessive last-minute cancellations or rescheduling.
For your mentor:
Rescheduling is allowed but must be done at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled session. Any rescheduling done less than 1 hour before the session will not be permitted.
A maximum of 2 rescheduling requests per month is allowed for mentors for the individual packages.
