Session No-Show Policies:
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice or valid reason, it will be considered a "no-show." You are allowed a maximum of 2 no-shows per month. If you miss a session more than 2 times, a warning will be issued. The mentor reserves the right to cancel a package if you exceed the maximum number of allowed no-shows or if there is a pattern of excessive missed sessions. You are encouraged to communicate with the mentor regarding any scheduling conflicts or changes to avoid missed sessions.
For your mentor:
If the mentor doesn't show up for a session more than two times, a warning will be issued, and the mentee can request a change of mentor or refund, depending upon the reason and the team will decide the course of action.
