Log in to your Preplaced account and go to the "My Subscription" section.π¨βπ»
Under the "Know Your Package Policy" section, click on "Refund Policy" to read the terms and conditions related to refunds.π
If you are eligible for a refund, click on "Apply for Refund" and fill out the refund request form.π
In the form, provide the details of the product or service for which you are requesting a refund, along with the reason for the request.π
Once you have filled out the form, submit it for review.π
Once your refund request is submitted, Preplaced's customer support team will review the request and get back to you within the specified time frame with a decision.
